Our Process
Each improvement project that Santa Clarita General Contractor takes on gets its own dedicated project manager whose purpose is to oversee your project. He will also serve as your single point of contact, so you don’t have to worry about what’s going on or track down multiple different people.
Your project manager will not work alone. We have an ultra-skilled team who will also oversee the project development and execution.
The Santa Clarita General Contractor team is always going above and beyond to be the best home improvement company in Santa Clarita. For instance, with your permission, your project manager will set up surveillance cameras throughout the project site in addition to visiting the site daily to ensure that expectations are being met.
Then, at the end of the workday, the project manager makes sure that all workers clean, organize before leaving the job site. We believe that being detail-oriented and thoughtful about the day-to-day operation of each project makes for success.
Finally, at the end of each day, your project manager will assess and consult with you on the state of the project, update schedules, and update you on any important changes that may need to be made.
